Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist, Population Health to join our team. This role leads clinical program development and supports drug utilization review, health management, and pharmacoeconomic initiatives across Navitus programs.

You will review health outcomes data, prepare evidence-based documentation, and collaborate with account management, P&T committees, and Residency Program leadership to ensure cost-effective, clinically sound programs.

Qualifications

• PharmD with active pharmacist license in the resident state.
• 2+ years clinical or managed care pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of PBM industry and formulary management.
• Proficiency with drug literature and trial evaluation; MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new clinical programs and maintain existing programs.
• Educate clients, members, providers, and staff about programs and outcomes.
• Provide clinical outreach to members and prescribers to improve care coordination.
• Support PBM program implementation and daily operations across departments.
• Convey Medicare Part D, PQA, and HEDIS guidance to stakeholders.
• Assist Residency Program Director with the PGY1 Managed Care Residency.
• Provide leadership to Product Managers and participate with the Specialty Clinical Group.
• Support Coverage Determination processes when needed.
• Contribute to formulary decisions for P&T Committees.
• Other duties as assigned.
