Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Pharmacist, Population Health to lead clinical programs, drive outcomes reporting, and support population health initiatives across all lines of business.

You will review and share health outcomes data, develop evidence-based documentation, and collaborate with Account Management, Lumicera, and P&T committees to implement cost-effective pharmaceutical programs using health technology.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent and a valid pharmacist license.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical or managed care experience; Residency counts.
• Strong knowledge of PBM concepts, formulary management, and pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of clinical programs for Navitus population health.
• Provide education and communication to clients and internal staff on program outcomes.
• Engage with members, prescribers, and providers to improve care coordination.
• Support PBM program implementation and daily operations across departments.
• Assist P&T and formulary decisions with clinical expertise.
