Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist, Population Health to lead the development and administration of clinical programs and to analyze health outcomes across lines of business.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Account Management, Lumicera, and the P&T Committee, with a focus on cost-effective, evidence-based program delivery and ongoing support for clinical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 2+ years of clinical or managed care pharmacy experience (or residency + 1 year).
• Knowledge of PBM industry, formulary management, and managed care principles.
• Proficiency with drug literature and clinical trial evaluation; familiarity with Micromedex, Medline, and Facts & Comparisons.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new clinical programs and maintain existing ones.
• Educate clients, members, providers, and staff on program outcomes.
• Provide clinical outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacy providers to enhance care coordination.
• Support deployment of PBM programs and daily operations affecting member care.
• Communicate regulatory guidance (Medicare Part D, PQA, HEDIS) to stakeholders.
• Assist Residency Program Director with the PGY1 Managed Care Residency Program.
• Provide leadership and direction to Product Managers and participate in clinical groups.
• Contribute clinical expertise to formulary decisions by P&T and related committees.
