Job summary

RPh on the Go USA, Inc. seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge in Phoenix, AZ to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and oversee compounding and inventory. The role requires Arizona licensure, strong leadership, and a focus on patient and prescriber relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations including staff management and workflow oversight
• Supervise compounding processes and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Cultivate strong relationships with patients and prescribers
• Drive business growth and enhance operational performance
• Potentially assume the role of Pharmacist-in-Charge

• Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in pharmacy ownership

This position features a manageable script volume of under 100 per day and works closely with a small team consisting of one compounding technician and one retail technician, utilizing the PioneerRx system.
