Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Arizona seeks a Pharmacist to join a hospital outpatient team serving the San Carlos Apache community. The role may support Inpatient/ER when needed, with flexibility across units and shifts.

Schedule includes Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends & Swing shifts; no on-call requirement. Requires a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, valid license, BLS, ACLS & PALS, plus 1–2+ years hospital experience and strong patient counseling skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license; AZ license preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• BLS required; ACLS & PALS required (PALS may be obtained on-site).
• 1–2+ years of clinical/hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current medications and clinical practice.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Must process prescriptions and controlled substances accurately and in compliance with policy and law.
• Ability to counsel patients effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
