Saint Clare's Health is seeking a per diem Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team in New Jersey. The role supports diverse inpatient and outpatient services under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, ensuring high quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications include a current state Pharmacist license, hospital pharmacy experience preferred, a B.S. in Pharmacy (or PharmD), and BLS/ACLS preferred. Per Diem status may involve variable shifts; compensation is regionally competitive.

Responsabilités

• Scope of patient care includes General Medicine/Surgical, ICU, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred

Facility Specific Requirements (as Applicable Required)

• APhA Immunization Certification and BLS required.

Pay Transparency

Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $XX.00 to $XX.00.
