Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide customer service and work with the pharmacy team.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues; practice active listening.
• Use math to determine dosage, days supply, and bottle counts.
• Identify and resolve issues with patients or staff.
• Maintain physical readiness to perform tasks, including lifting up to 20 lbs.
