Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations and patient care under the Pharmacy Manager.
• Supervise Pharmacy Support Staff and ensure accuracy, safety and customer service.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality assurance and workflow management in daily operations.
• Contribute to healthy outcomes by applying clinical knowledge and patient care programs.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
