Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot as needed to meet patient and business needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Interact with patients and colleagues using clear verbal and written communication.
• Use math to determine tablets, day’s supply, and bottle counts for prescriptions.
• Identify challenging interactions and choose the best course of action.
• Be mobile and able to lift, scan, and bag items as needed.
