Job summary

Pick 'n Save, based in Wisconsin, is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our Kroger family. You will fill prescriptions, counsel patients, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting daily pharmacy operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment, including vaccines where applicable, and patient education to promote safe, effective medication use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Effective oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding customer experience and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Achieve sales and profit goals for the department and staff appropriately.
• Schedule and staff technicians to meet business needs.
• Monitor all department functions and activities for quality and compliance.

• Support vaccine administration and patient counseling where applicable.
