Job summary

ShopRite of Hadley Commons in South Plainfield, NJ seeks a Pharmacist to dispense medications accurately and provide expert patient care. You will ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, review prescriptions, and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a current unrestricted Pharmacist license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess current unrestricted state Pharmacist license, registration, immunization license or certification in state where employed.
• Must possess applicable graduate degrees.
• Must not be on any federal exclusion lists related to health programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and provide prompt, courteous service while giving accurate prescription information.
• Maintain current registration and pharmacological knowledge through education and professional activities.
• Comply with state/federal drug laws and regulations governing pharmacy operations.
• Dispense medications accurately and safely, monitor drug therapies, and advise as appropriate.
• Promote patient safety and participate in medication management and MTM activities.
