Qualifications
- 5 year Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.
- Licensed and registered Pharmacist in good standing.
- Immunization Certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively: verbal, written and electronic.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Complies with all applicable federal, state laws, pharmacy regulations, and company policies.
- Prepares and dispenses prescription medications with accurate records and third party adjudication.
- Counsels patients and providers on drug use, interactions, and side effects; monitors therapy progress.
- Participates in immunization, MTM, and wellness programs.
- Supervises pharmacy staff and mentors interns and technicians in daily operations.
