Formación

• Licensed and registered Pharmacist in good standing within the state of practice.
• Immunization Certification or agreement by pharmacist to complete.
• Ability to communicate effectively: verbal, written and electronic.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to manage others.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must submit to DL Monitoring.
• Some overnight hotel stays required.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense prescription medications and maintain necessary records.
• Counsel patients and providers regarding drugs, dosage, interactions and side effects.
• Participate in immunizations, MTM and wellness programs.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and train interns, technicians and associates.
• Provide guidance and training while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support store and community business development efforts.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement for patient safety.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
