• Conduct patient counseling on prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and nutritional supplements.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations governing pharmacy practice, with a focus on controlled substances.
• Participate in compliance audits to maintain high standards in storage, record-keeping, and operational practices.
• Monitor and manage inventory to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with the team to develop systems that improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Lead immunization programs, including COVID-19, influenza, and other recommended vaccines.
• Represent pharmacy services and products in community meetings and to healthcare providers.
