Position Description

As part of the health care team, the Pharmacy practice is a knowledge‑based clinical profession, integrating patient‑oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities. The pharmacist provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers, advising on drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. Services are provided to all patients, including but not limited to neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

Requirements
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in Oncology.
  • Preferred: Good communication skills.
