• Provide clinical guidance on drug interactions and dosing for night operations.
• Maintain on-site protocol adherence, quality checks, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with day shift pharmacists to maintain continuity of care.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate restocking.
• Document and communicate outcomes, metrics, and deviations to senior staff.
• Engage in continuous learning to advance toward higher clinical responsibilities.
• Address patient and caregiver inquiries with clear, accurate pharmaceutical information.
• Access and utilize pipelines to forecast workload and optimize staffing and targets.

Active pharmacist license in the relevant jurisdiction with Night Shift permit.

7on-7off night shift experience with high accuracy in dispensing.

Clinical pharmacology expertise for drug interactions and dosing guidance.

Inventory management proficiency including stock checks and restocking.

Quality assurance, audit readiness, and incident reporting workflows.

Experience using workflows pipelines to forecast workload and staffing.
