Salary Range: $76.27 - $95.24 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations

Supervise and coordinate pharmaceutical care delivery, including evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapy to ensure positive patient outcomes. Maintain current California Pharmacist license. Flexibility in hours may be required.

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school preferred. Diploma or transcripts of the highest degree earned are required.

Experience/Training

Two years of progressive hospital pharmacy practice experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

• Current unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (RPH) issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Skills

Mobility to respond quickly to Code Rapid Response and Code Blue situations and transport emergency pharmacy medications.
