Position Overview

Supervise and coordinate pharmaceutical care delivery to hospital patients, including evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapies to ensure positive outcomes. Maintain a current California Pharmacist license. Flexibility in hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school preferred; transcripts required for highest degree earned.
• Experience: Two years of progressive hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current unrestricted California Registered Pharmacist license (RPH); BLS certification from American Heart Association.
