Job Overview

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service. Manage pharmacy operations, ensure accurate prescription dispensing, and supervise pharmacy staff in compliance with laws and policies.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  1. Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.
  2. Accurately fill prescriptions following all legal and company procedures.
  3. Provide professional advice and participate in clinical programs.
  4. Respond to inquiries from customers, physicians, and vendors.
  5. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain proper records.
  6. Supervise pharmacy staff and manage inventory.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards, including hazardous drug handling.
  8. Perform secondary tasks such as organizing supplies, attending training, and participating in company programs.
  9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other legal requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) and valid state license.
  • Pass NAPLEX and MPJE exams.
  • Maintain continuing education and certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Environment
  • Work primarily in a store environment, standing for long periods.
  • Handle occasional exposure to chemicals and equipment.
  • Travel as required within the area.
