Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking a Medication Safety leader to support design and management of the system-wide program. You will analyze events, mitigate risks, and drive safety initiatives across care settings.

Responsibilities include education, committee participation, and KPI monitoring to maintain regulatory compliance and national safety standards. Collaboration with VP leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of medication safety experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Maryland Pharmacist license required; PharmD or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and ongoing management of the medication safety program.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate medication-related risks through data analysis and event reviews.
• Contribute to initiatives reducing patient harm and improving clinician workflows.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and national safety standards.
