Qualifications

• PharmD required.
• Active California Pharmacist License.
• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• Experience with managed care, prior authorizations, or utilization review preferred.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal and Medicare Part D.
• Experience with EHR and pharmacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Review prior authorizations, TARs, and specialty medication requests
• Manage medication therapy and formulary compliance
• Support HEDIS, Star Ratings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DHCS, NCQA, and URAC standards
