Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment with validated workflows and safety guardrails.
• Deliver immunizations and coach technicians to immunize.
• Maintain inventory with focus on cold chain protection.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient care and resolve insurance issues.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical and technical skills.
