Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Manage safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee the pharmacy as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts and coach the team.
• Support immunization delivery and guide Pharmacy Technicians in learning to immunize.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
