Qualifications

• Current student in a School of Pharmacy (P1–P3) or pre-pharmacy student.
• Intern license required to perform duties.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter new or refill orders.
• Handle incoming fax and telephone communications.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care.
• Handle order exceptions such as refills too soon or invalid orders.
• Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and peers.
• Meet productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform pharmacist intern duties under supervision, including taking telephone orders and providing clinical information.
• Work hands-on with robotic dispensing systems.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications.
