Job summary

University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) seeks a licensed pharmacist to prepare and dispense medications, assess physician orders, and provide drug information to care teams. The role supports inpatient pharmacy operations across age-specific patient care areas and adherence to compounding/dispensing procedures.

Candidates must hold a Texas pharmacy license or be eligible to obtain one within six months post-graduation, and have a PharmD with ongoing CE requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 12 hours ACPE approved continuing education per year.
• Current Texas pharmacy license or ability to be licensed within 6 months if recent graduate.
