Children's Wisconsin is seeking an In-Patient Pharmacist to join our dedicated team in Milwaukee. The pharmacist will review orders, compound and dispense medications, and coordinate with technicians to ensure safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care for inpatients.

0.9 Rotating The schedule is rotating, though most shifts are 1st shift. Every 3rd weekend and there is a holiday rotation.
Provides comprehensive pharmacy services. Reviews medication orders and, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, coordinates high-quality pharmaceutical services for patients. Performs distributive functions including compounding and dispensing medications and other pharmaceutical supplies according to established policies and procedures as prescribed by hospital physicians or other qualified prescribers. Coordinates and closely reviews activities of pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations in accordance with federal and state regulations and hospital policies and procedures. Supports academia by educating students, residents and professionals in the healthcare system regarding pharmaceutical matters pertinent to their roles.
