Job summary

MedlinkHealth Anesthesia seeks an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for an urgent locum tenens assignment in a rural New Hampshire hospital. You will support ICU, L&D, Med/Surg and ED, working independently with weekend coverage as needed.

Schedule includes 40 hours per week, 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM, rotating weekends every 3rd, plus Sat/Sun 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. Must have NH license and own transportation; housing may be challenging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current hospital pharmacy experience.
• 25 years of total experience preferred.
• 1 year experience may be considered if all experience is hospital-based and includes Meditech.
• Previous Critical Access Hospital experience highly preferred.
• Previous travel experience highly preferred.
• Meditech experience highly preferred.
• Omnicell experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient hospital setting coverage.
• Support ICU, Labor & Delivery, Med/Surg, and Emergency Department.
• Must be able to work independently, particularly on weekends.
• Coordinate with pharmacy team to ensure patient safety and med distribution.

About the Job

URGENT BACKFILL - INPATIENT PHARMACIST.

SCHEDULE:

• MondayFriday.
• 40 hours per week.
• 7:00/7:30 AM4:30/5:00 PM.
• Rotating weekends every 3rd weekend.
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM1:00 PM.
• Must be comfortable working independently, particularly on weekends.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Inpatient hospital setting.
• Supports ICU, Labor & Delivery, Med/Surg, and Emergency Department.
• Rural location.
• Must have own transportation.
• Housing may be challenging, so candidates should confirm housing availability before submission.
• No local candidates permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of current hospital pharmacy experience required.
