Job summary

Androscoggin Valley Hospital - AHSA is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team in Berlin, NH on a travel basis. The role supports ICU, L&D, M/S and ED with 2–5 years of hospital experience preferred and Meditech familiarity advantageous.

Flexible scheduling includes a 5X8 day shift with 40 scheduled hours and weekend coverage every 3rd weekend. NH licensure and AHA BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Monday - Friday: 7 AM - 4 PM (arrival 6:30 AM - 7 AM)
• Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend (Saturday/Sunday 7 AM - 12 PM; arrival 6:30 AM - 7 AM)

We are seeking a qualified Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hospital experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in Critical Access Hospitals. This role entails supporting various departments, including ICU, L&D, M/S, and ED.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting.
• Work independently during weekend shifts.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize Meditech for medication management; familiarity with Omnicell is a plus.

Qualifications

Certification Requirements
