Job summary

Capstone Health seeks an inpatient pharmacist for a travel assignment in a rural NH hospital. You will support ICU, Labor and Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and ED with medication management.

Requirements include 2+ years in hospital settings, NH pharmacist license, and BLS certification; Meditech and Omnicell experience preferred. Housing accommodations are available through the client.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Current hospital experience (2–5 years preferred).
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (must apply upon offer).
• Experience with Meditech and Omnicell systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle weekend shifts.
• Own transportation and willingness to work in a rural location.

Are you an experienced inpatient pharmacist ready to take on an exciting new challenge? Do you thrive in a hospital setting where your expertise can make a real difference? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join their team in a rural location, providing essential support to various departments including ICU, Labor and Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and the Emergency Department.

As an inpatient pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy
• Managing and dispensing medications using Meditech and Omnicell systems
• Working independently, especially during weekend rotations
• Supporting critical access hospital operations

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Current hospital experience (2-5 years preferred)
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (must apply upon offer acceptance)
• Experience with Meditech and Omnicell systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage weekend shifts
