The Pharmacist – Infectious Disease/ASP provides pharmaceutical care services to patients, including oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing, and proper documentation of patient medication therapy. The pharmacist also provides drug information, patient information, and oversight of information and dispensing systems, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and may advise physicians on medication utilization.
