VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead the Heywood Specialty Pharmacy and ensure compliance with all laws while integrating outpatient care into patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree preferred.
• Current MA pharmacist license required.
• Controlled Substance license preferred.
• Ability to supervise pharmacy staff.
• Excellent communication with physicians, patients and staff.
• Strong technical aptitude for new software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all pharmacy operations in line with standards.
• Supervise staff involved in workflow, hiring, training, and dispensing.
• Oversee drug purchasing and inventory controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing/remittance documentation.
• Engage pharma reps and stay informed on therapeutics and patient programs.
• Develop management dashboards and ad hoc reports.
• Address clinical questions and ensure patient information literacy.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws and policies.
