Omnicare, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of CVS Health Corporation. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours a week. The facility is open Monday-Friday 8am-9:30pm, Sat 9am-5:30pm and closed on Sunday. The schedule will be based on the needs of the business. The weekend rotation is every fourth and there is an on‑call requirement.
Directly, and through our subsidiaries, Omnicare provides a broad array of pharmacy-related services to long‑term care facilities and to other customers in the healthcare environment. While senior care has long been an Omnicare specialty, we also serve other targeted populations.
The Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) plays a vital role on the leadership team within the Omnicare Pharmacy and will report directly to the General Manager. The PIC will work to develop and implement strategies to ensure & improve operational excellence and compliance as well as provide outstanding customer service within the assigned pharmacy.
In this role, you will be an integral leader of the team. Your success will be driven by your ability to lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service. The most successful PIC demonstrates both excellent leadership & customer service skills. The contributions you will make will position CVS Health as a leader within the LTC marketplace.

Must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Kentucky, must be active & in good standing.
Bachelors of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
