Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge for our Stennis Community Pharmacy in Dekalb, MS. You will oversee all pharmacy operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliant, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, Mississippi license, strong communication, and proficiency with pharmacy software; we offer competitive compensation and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Computer experience with pharmacy software programs/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for management, oversight and operations of all aspects within the pharmacy.
• Supervision of pharmacy staff including hiring, training, data entry, verification and dispensing of medications.
• Responsible for drug purchasing and inventory controls.
• Ensure billing and remittance documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Develop and maintain management reporting dashboards and ad hoc reports.
• Address pharmaceutical issues and provide drug information.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
