Capsule is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge to lead pharmacy operations, drive growth in the marketplace, and build the Capsule brand locally. You will oversee prescription processing, inventory management, and staff coaching to ensure top-tier service.

Based in Chicago, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and central pharmacy teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and a consistent customer experience. Occasional travel to NYC for training is expected.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of pharmacy experience including prescription processing, inventory management and customer inquiries.
• Operational leadership ability and comfort managing teams.
• Authorized to practice as a Pharmacist in the state of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sustainable growth for Capsule in your market focusing on hiring, training, and ongoing pharmacy operations.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and provide guidance on local regulations from launch to ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and expansion teams to grow the business.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience by coordinating with central pharmacy operations; travel to NYC for training as needed.
• Manage prescription orders, inventory, and relationships with insurers and doctor offices.
