Job summary

Capsule is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge to drive the pharmacy operations and brand in Chicago. You will own and execute the local people strategy, oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with sales and expansion teams to grow the market.

You will lead prescription processing, inventory, and technician management, travel for training, and ensure a consistent patient experience across the market while integrating with central operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant pharmacy experience.
• Valid Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
• Operational leadership ability and team management.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by hiring training and ongoing pharmacy operations.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and expansion teams.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience; travel to NYC for training as needed.
• Manage prescription processing, inventory, technicians, and insurer/doctor relations.
