Qualifications

• Pharmacist-in-Charge with a PharmD/Bachelor in Pharmacy from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of retail or clinic pharmacy experience preferred.
• Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing.
• 340B experience preferred.
• AAHIVP certification preferred.
