Job summary

Avita Care Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge for a full-time role in Melville, NY. The PIC will supervise staff, ensure quality pharmaceutical care, and maintain compliance with all laws.

Required is a Bachelor’s or PharmD degree and a NY pharmacis license; 2+ years retail/clinic experience preferred. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule aligned with pharmacy hours and a salary range of $150,000–$155,000.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist-in-Charge with leadership of pharmacy staff.
• Licensed NY pharmacist in good standing.
• Experience in retail or clinic pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and staff performance.
• Dispense medications and maintain inventory.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Collaborate with physicians to review prescriptions for safety.
