Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, inventory management, and order processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; ensure licenses and certificates are current.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.
• Monitor profitability, patient programs, and clinical outcomes (MTM/EQUIPP).
• Review high-risk reports and address operational gaps promptly.
• Communicate operational needs and regulatory issues to administration effectively.
