Job summary

Clarest Health seeks a Pharmacist-In-Charge to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements. You will lead staff, manage staffing, and ensure safe, accurate medication management for clients across facilities and home care.

The role requires active licensure, strong leadership, and a focus on quality, safety, and customer service. Phoenix, AZ based with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing and authorized to practice in the applicable state.
• Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain pharmacist licensure in additional states, as needed to support business operations, within established timeframes.
• Strong computer knowledge and skills in report development using MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy staff.
• Ensure all employees maintain required licenses, registrations, certifications, and competency standards.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, PTO management, and staffing levels to meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide developmental feedback, and address concerns with HR and leadership.
• Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, and service standards to meet goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
