Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge for a permanent position in Nacogdoches, TX. Lead daily operations and supervise 2 pharmacists, technicians, cashiers, and a driver in a family-friendly retail setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Texas and federal pharmacy laws, HIPAA standards, and participating in quality improvement and patient-care initiatives, while resolving customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Management experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to thrive in a family-friendly environment.

A family-oriented retail pharmacy seeks a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to lead daily operations in a close-knit team environment. This permanent direct hire opportunity is based in Nacogdoches, TX, offering the chance to manage a committed staff and contribute to a warm, patient-focused setting.

Location: Nacogdoches, TX
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
