RPh on the Go is hiring a full-time Pharmacist in Charge in Summit, NJ to oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-state dispensing requirements. The role includes obtaining TN, NY, and MA pharmacist licenses within 6 months, with employer-paid support.

Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with state boards and DEA regulations, developing policies and QA standards, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 35 years of pharmacy experience and PIC/management experience.

Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge 12 days ago Summit, NJ

RPh on the Go has partnered with a Pharmacyin New Providence, NJ to hirea full-time Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). This position focuses on pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-state licensing within an enteral nutrition setting. No direct staff or production management responsibilities!

Shift: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM
Salary: $135,000$140,000 annually
Employment: Direct Hire

What Youll Do

Oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-state dispensing requirements.

Maintain compliance with state pharmacy boards, DEA regulations, audits, and licensing requirements.

Develop and enforce pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

35 years of pharmacy experience and previous PIC or pharmacy management experience.

Ability to obtain TN, NY, and MA pharmacist licenses within 6 months (employer-paid).

Multi-state compliance, specialty pharmacy, or home infusion experience preferred.

Additional Incentive: Receive a $2,000 bonus for each additional required state license obtained while employed!
