Job summary

RPh on the Go is hiring a full-time Pharmacist in Charge in Summit, NJ to oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-state dispensing requirements. The role includes obtaining TN, NY, and MA pharmacist licenses within 6 months, with employer-paid support.

Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with state boards and DEA regulations, developing policies and QA standards, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 35 years of pharmacy experience and PIC/management experience.
• Ability to obtain TN, NY, and MA licenses within 6 months (employer-paid).
• Multi-state compliance, specialty pharmacy, or home infusion experience preferred.
