Pharma Tech Concepts Llc in Neptune, NJ is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead the pharmacy, ensure compliance, and grow patient services.

The PIC will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and provide clinical services such as immunizations and MTM, while building relationships with prescribers and the community.

Competenze

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey pharmacist license in good standing.
• Immunization certification or ability to obtain promptly.
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience; PIC/management preferred.
• Working knowledge of NJ Board of Pharmacy regulations and DEA requirements.

What We're Looking For

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey pharmacist license in good standing
• Immunization certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience; PIC or management experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of NJ Board of Pharmacy regulations and DEA requirements
• Experience with pharmacy software PrimeRx is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (Spanish / Arabic / other) a plus
