Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead our Medford long-term care pharmacy, a satellite of the Eugene location. This role offers ownership of daily operations, staff leadership, and driving ongoing growth while maintaining high clinical and regulatory standards.

The position features a Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule with compensation of $74–$78 per hour DOE. Emphasis on teamwork, culture, and exceptional patient care across Southern Oregon.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Oregon Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Eligibility to serve as Pharmacist in Charge under Oregon Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Medford, OR and day-to-day operations.

A Leadership Opportunity with the Support of an Established Team

We're seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead our closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Medford, Oregon. As a satellite location of our established Eugene pharmacy, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, and help drive the continued growth and success of our Medford pharmacy. Qualifications

Required

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Active Oregon Pharmacist License in good standing

Preferred

• Previous long-term care, institutional, or high-volume pharmacy experience
• Prior supervisory, management, or PIC experience
• 5+ years of pharmacist experience
