Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide expert pharmacy consultations, educate patients on medications, and deliver clinical services including immunizations and MTM. You will ensure accurate dispensing, compliance with regulations, and contribute to a collaborative pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree or equivalent required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the district states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of retail pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.

Education

BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree
