Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a Pharmacist II - Retail to join our ambulatory care team in a part-time, day-shift role. You will provide patient-centered pharmacy services, review and dispense medications, and participate in MTM/CMR to optimize therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required; Pharm.D preferred.
• 1 year in retail or ambulatory pharmacy or completion of a pharmacy residency.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of Georgia.
• Preferred: 340B experience and MTM certification.

Mercy Care, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist II - Retail to join our compassionate team in Atlanta. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist who thrives in a dynamic ambulatory care setting and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy services. What You Will Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensure: Current pharmacist license in the state of Georgia.
• Preferred: Experience with 340B and Medication Assistance Programs; MTM certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy technology systems.
