You will oversee the daily pharmacy operations, supervise technicians as needed, maintain a secure and efficient workflow, and collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues while mentoring staff for peak performance. Full benefits and generous leave included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited school.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to express ideas clearly.
• Attention to detail with ability to problem solve effectively.
• Eligibility for state Board of Pharmacy license; reciprocal licenses may be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prescriptions meet federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee prescription processing accuracy and provide feedback for safe operations.
• Validate prescription accuracy and address discrepancies in the filling process.
• Maintain a secure, clean and safe pharmacy/warehouse environment.
• Manage pharmacy operations and possibly supervise technicians.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to resolve systemic issues.
