Job summary

A-Team Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist for the CMOP Shawnee in Shawnee, KS. The full-time role runs Monday through Friday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., with varying days and shifts available.

The position requires a B.S. in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), current US licensure (including controlled substances), and prior community pharmacy supervisory experience. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in the United States; controlled substances license.
• Community pharmacy supervisory/managerial experience required.
• Strong interpersonal communication with coworkers and staff.
• Basic typing, PC skills, and MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain drug stock par levels and inventory turnover.
• Encourage generic/p formulary usage while ensuring contract adherence.
• Review physician orders and patient medication profiles for safety.
• Ensure timely refilling and maintenance of medication records.
• Provide drug information to health care providers and patients; advise medical staff on therapy issues.
