Qualifications

• Current state licensure from the state board of pharmacy.
• Two years previous experience as a Pharmacist.
• Hospital experience preferred.

• Ensure safe and effective use and administration of medications.
• Proper storage, handling, evaluation, preparation, compounding, labeling and dispensing.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient safety.

Job description

The Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective use and administration of medications through proper storage, handling, evaluation, preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing.

Pay:

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure from the state board of pharmacy
• Two years previous experience as a Pharmacist

Desired Qualifications:

• Hospital Experience preferred
