Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital, a brand new startup in Indiana, is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure safe and effective use, storage, handling, evaluation, preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing of medications. Pay is based on experience and qualifications as the facility prepares to take its first patient in October 2026.

Minimum qualifications include an active Indiana license and at least two years of pharmacist experience.

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient October 2026.

Position Summary

The Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective use and administration of medications through proper storage, handling, evaluation, preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing.

Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure from the state board of pharmacy
• Two yearspreviousexperience as aPharmacist

• HospitalExperience preferred
